Redesign of a premium online boat rental platform. Guided by user interviews, booking-flow analysis, and client pain-point data, the new experience builds trust, reduces support calls, and significantly increases online booking conversions.

Full redesign for a State of Hawaii government site, informed by SME interviews and website complaint form comments. The changes resulted in significant gains in user engagement, improved SEO performance, and a reduction in drop-off rates.
